Year 1 and Year 4 enjoyed performing poems at the Town Hall for the Chipping Norton Music Festival. Year 1 performed “On the Ning Nag Nong” and “Smiling is Infectious,” both by Spike Milligan.  Year 4 performed “Let’s Give a Cheer for Onomatopoeia” by John Foster  and “Cosmic Disco” by Grace Nichols.  The adjudicator praised the children’s enthusiasm and how well they stayed together as a group.  She complimented their smiles and how they projected their voices. Well done, everyone! They then gave a special performance to the school in our Friday assembly.
