The Under 10s cricket team clinched a memorable victory at the Oxfordshire County Cricket Finals, showcasing exceptional talent, teamwork, and sportsmanship. The finals, held at the St Edwards School Oxford, saw enthusiastic participation from schools across the whole of the county, making the triumph even more significant.

Their journey to the finals was marked by consistent performances in both batting and bowling, which set us apart from the competition winning all of our games to top our group. The semi-final match was a thrilling encounter against Bloxham, where we managed to hold on to win by 2 runs, thanks to disciplined bowling and sharp fielding.  In the final, we faced a familiar opponent in Witney CP who we beat in the West Oxfordshire final by 1 run only a few weeks earlier. However, showing how far our team had come, we dominated the final with a fantastic bowling and batting performance winning the game by 60 runs, a brilliant effort.

Congratulations to the Under 10s cricket team on their outstanding achievement, you truly did yourselves and the school proud.
