Many of our girls play for Chipping Norton Swifts U10 and U11 girls' teams. On 21st November were invited to be match day mascots for the Oxford United Women’s Football Club.
A great time was had by all the players; lining up with the Oxford players at kick off, getting autographs, having photographs with their favourite players – followed by enjoying their new heroes win 3 – 0 against Portsmouth.
A big thank you to Oxford United for allowing Swifts to be part of the day and well done to the players for representing Swifts in such a positive way.
